Carlos Slim: In Future Work 3 days a Week Enough

Business - The Richest man from Mexico, Carlos Slim, propose radical changes in the work system in a week. He says in the future people working three days a week enough. But they have to work 11 hours a day (instead of eight hours as it is now) and the retirement age was raised to 75 years.

"You have to have more time for life, not at the age of 65 years and retire," he told CNNMoney, as reported by the Daily Mail newspaper. 74 years old man with a fortune of USD 973 trillion deliver radical proposal at a conference in Paraguay during the summer of this year.

He believes that the work system changes will not only strengthen the quality of life but also a positive impact on the economy and financial markets. "With three working days, we will have more time to relax, to improve the quality of life," said Carlos.

Based on the man was a collector of art, the four-day holiday will make us more in need of entertainment and other things can be done in my spare time. We deserve a lot of time for entertainment, family, and work better.

"This is a society that is full of knowledge and experience. You have a better experience and knowledge at the age 60, 65, and 70 years," he said.
