Be Careful! Diet Prolonged Create Mood More Emotional

Lifestyle - Exploitation of skinny models as the ideal body figure, no doubt make a number of women compete on a diet in the hope of dazzling looks like the model in the catalog. However, a study revealed that the diet can cause you tend to be emotional.

It is true, overweight or obese can make you lazy to move, feel tired, and eventually suffered a series of illnesses. However, be careful. prolonged diet could potentially create a mood fluctuating and unstable. A recent study at the University College London, held studies by examining 1,979 participants who have excess weight. The researchers studied the side effects of the diet on the way they behave, mood swings, and how they socialize.

As a result, they were on the diet for about four years, and managed to lose at least five percent of normal weight. Apparently, the more benefit in physical than mental health. Therefore, 52 percent of participants were found to have emotions and moods are fast changing.

Based on the researchers, the experiment in which they live does not find a consistent relationship among diet and depressive symptoms. However, the diet likely cause a person's mood is difficult to controlled.

"We don't want to deter anyone who wants to lose weight. Therefore, the diet provides a number of benefits for physical health. However, people should not be too expects that weight loss can change their lives completely from various aspects," said Sarah Jackson, author of the study linked above.

Jackson also added that the negative effect of the diet is causing people are often exposed to mild stress.

"Resist the urge to eat some good food requires high self-control. It affect the quality of a person' happiness, those who had the diet must understand how the effort to control the appetite, it  is very annoying," said Jackson.
